How to avoid fake crystals/stones?

Some crystals are difficult to check for fakes or authenticity unless you send them to a lab to perform a physical test.

  1. We check the quality as thoroughly as possible, at minimum for items where this is feasible — for example, shungite, which we can verify using a multimeter, weight, and color.
  2. For some crystals, we use UV light to check if plastic or other materials have been added…
  3. We import from reputable companies that have been in business for many years.

Why are some crystal prices lower than our competitors'?

There are different factories that can impact our price:

  1. We have a large network of trusted suppliers all around the world, so we are not reliant on just one supplier (to avoid price increases).
  2. We make less profit than our competitors.
  3. We spend extra time and effort negotiating the best possible price with our suppliers, so that as many of our customers as possible can afford our products.

Why is it safe to shop at our online store?

We partner with Klarna and Vipps, who will not support any untrustworthy stores. We also have a physical showroom/warehouse at Hillevågsveien 99, 4016 Stavanger where you can exchange or return items directly to the showroom, or send them back to the return address listed in your package as agreed.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do you send my order?

We cooperate with Posten/Postnord, so all packages will come with a tracking number and insurance, so our customers can shop safely and relaxed.

How can I combine my orders and save on shipping?

If you want to save on shipping costs or combine multiple orders before sending them out, you can do the following: When checking out, select

"DO NOT send my order yet: I want to combine MULTIPLE orders, please let me know when I want to send my orders. Shipping will be calculated MANUALLY"

Shipping will be calculated manually when you want to send all of your orders. You can let us know either via email: kunderservice@dazzling.no or via CHAT here.

OR select

"DO NOT send my order yet: I want to combine MULTIPLE orders, they will be sent AUTOMATICALLY when the total order amount is over 1499kr"

How do I pay for the shipping for my combined orders?

When we receive confirmation that our customers have sent their orders, we will calculate the shipping costs and send payment information to our customers. This does not apply to independent orders that have already paid for shipping or reached free shipping.

What about free shipping?

If your order exceeds the total amount of 1499 kr, you will get free shipping.

How much does shipping cost (for combined orders under 1499kr)?

Based on the order total, customers can choose which shipping method best suits them.

How can I track my order?

Once we have sent your order, you will receive a tracking number by email.

What is the delivery time?

Once we have received your order, it takes between 1-3 working days before we send it to the post office. After that, Posten Norge delivers it to the customer, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. As a rule, all post is delivered within 7-15 days, but in some cases it can take longer due to errors on Posten's part. Please contact us if you have not received your parcel within 15 days.
