Shipping policy

Delivery

We use a flat-rate shipping fee from kr. 89,- per package. We use Posten and Postnord as our logistics partners in Norway. The items are normally delivered directly via Bring or Posten to your mailbox / parcel locker or to the nearest post office. Parcels that are considered too large for a mailbox will be delivered to your nearest pickup location, and you will receive an SMS notification (this only applies to Postnord Mypack Box (Parcel Locker).

Standard delivery time is between 2 - 5 working days after we have received your order, provided that the item is in stock. Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays.

All shipments and postal items that do not fit in the mailbox will be notified via SMS. Therefore, be careful to enter the correct mobile number. To collect your shipment, you need the tracking number / shipping ID and identification.

All parcels will be held at the pickup location for 14 days before they are returned to us, read more about this under "Uncollected parcel" below.
